HOLIDAY 2024-25 RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICY

It's gift giving season and we want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges based on the following:

Until January 5th, 2025, valid for orders placed between Nov 1st - Dec 24th online + in store:

   RETURNS:

  • Regular price and sale items up to 30% off only. Sale items above 30% off and certain items (listed below)* are final sale and cannot be returned. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Item was damaged/defective upon receipt. Please submit a photo of the item along with the return request within 5 days of receipt.

    EXCHANGES:

  • Exchanges are only accepted for in store purchases only.
  • For online purchases, we are only able to offer a size exchange of the same item if it is available or if the product was defective. All qualifying exchanges will be subject to review & additional shipping charges.  Please contact us immediately and we will try our best to find the most reasonable solution to resolve such cases.  For all other exchanges, the fastest way is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

FINAL SALE / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Items above 30% off are final sale.  For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Jewelry (exception is a size exchange for rings), face mask, mask chains, hair accessories, intimates (e.g. socks) and footwear. 
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. 

    ELIGIBLE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

    • The return/exchange eligibility for online purchases must be made within 14 days after receiving your shipment (based on tracking number) on the last day of the eligibility period. After 14 days, item may be subject to review for merchandise credit on a e-gift card. dependent upon circumstance.  Returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted after 21 days.
    • Item must be returned in the same condition that was received, unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging intact. 

    DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS:
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

     

    HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE ONLINE: 
    Please contact us at customercare@simpliquemode.com to make a return/exchange request as soon as possible so that we can provide instructions and the return address.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  All return/exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.  We highly recommend that you add tracking and insurance for all return shipments in case the package gets lost or damaged!   We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the items, and let you know if the request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back onto your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time (8-10 business days) for the refund or credit to appear on your bank statements.

    Please note that we do not offer refunds on any shipping charges and/or duties or customs taxes or brokerage fees incurred from international shipping.

    1. Order number
    2. Customer name and contact information.
    3. Item(s) being return and reason.
    4. Any photos if applicable (defective/damaged items).
