ORDERS 

Once an order has been placed, a confirmation email detailing the item(s) will be sent.  Order processing times will vary between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).  We know your order is important and we will try our best to process the orders as soon as possible.  Once your item has been shipped out, we will send out your tracking information as it becomes available.  You may also register for an account on our website to view the details and status of your order.  If you do not receive the tracking information, please email Customer Care at customercare@simpliquemode.com for assistance.

 

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS OR CANCELLATIONS 

While we strive to provide the best service to our customers, if you have a change of mind or wish to make adjustments to your order, you will need to send an email request to customercare@simpliquemode.com within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email.  However, sending an email does not automatically guarantee that your order will be cancelled.  If your order has not been processed or shipped out yet, we will try our best to accommodate your changes.  Please note we reserve the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason.

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY 

All products on the site are available in limited quantity.  Some items may be restocked or available for special orders, please send a message to customer care for further inquiries.  While we try to keep our inventory system as accurate as possible, there is the possibility that the item in your order may be out of stock, no longer available or may become available for backorder.  In this case, we will send you an email to let you know. 

 

PRICING 

All items are quoted and sold in Canadian dollars.  Please note upon check out, applicable taxes & shipping charges will be calculated & charged based on your location before payment details are entered.  All Canadian orders are subject to the provincial taxes associated with the shipping address provided.  International & US orders will not be charged with Canadian taxes, however, any import taxes or duties and brokerage fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.     

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Sorry but we do not offer any price adjustments on our website.  All sale prices and discounts/promo offers are final sale.  Please note that pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.

 

GIFT CARDS

Gifts cards are available for purchase in electronic delivery at this time.  Gifts cards are final sale and they can be redeemed at time towards purchases on the site, as they do not expire.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

All payments are securely processed through the third party payment processor on our website.  The following forms of payment are accepted:  VISA, MasterCard, Visa Debit, AMEX, Apply Pay, Shopify Pay and Paypal.

 

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes are only valid within the stated time frame associated with the promotion.  They may not be applied to any previous purchases or used in combination with any other promotions and codes.  To use a discount code, enter it in the gift certificate field during checkout.  The discount will be applied to the subtotal before payment confirmation.
